I would also recommend doing a UOTrace, and contacting EA Support, as they can tell you if there's anything interferring with your Connection.

I tried the UOTrace and sent EA the logs. I opened the ports they recommended (and asked my ISP to do the same) and I am still losing connection every game.

Same problem for me. I loose connection every 1 or 2 games. I have a friend who lives in the same building as me and he doesn't have any issue with the game.

Did you talk with your ISP? Ping on his side doesn't look good as far as I can see.

December, 2019, EA servers still have troubles with servers. Play for two hours, stand by for an hour. I payed for BF1 and can't play.

I and my friend noticed connection problems in Apex Legends on different computers too.
