BFH Multiplayer is made for online gaming, so in MP you will only battle other real players.
If you are asking, if there will be bots in an MP match with real players (similar to Titanfall), that will be a no.
If you are asking, if there will be MP maps that can be played with bots only in offline mode, this is sadly a no. If this will be introduced in the future, that is unknown, so stay tuned for more information on that to official channels.
There will however be an SP (singleplayer), where you will be able to play with bots only and progress true a story.
