Battlefield 1 Revolution in itself contains the following :

• Battlefield 1 base game
• Battlefield 1 Premium Pass
• Harlem Hellfighter Pack
• Red Baron Pack
• Lawrence of Arabia Pack
• New Behemoth Visual Appearance
• 5 Battlefield 1 Battlepacks

So basically if you already have the base game, and if you only bought a premium pass, all you would miss would be the visual packages and battlepacks. Personally, despite having said things, I barely if ever actually use anything out from those packs as the game nowadays provides for all the vehicles all the sorts of skins you can obtain and there's plenty of weapons to use. Early on when resources were more sparse I used them more. Now they're just kinda there.

Then again, if you do feel like you really want those extras that come alongside Revolution, the price difference isn't huge currently, either. So you really have to think to yourself if those cosmetics are worth the price difference.

All in all, the BF1 Revolution is way better value than BF1 + Premium. But since you already have the base game, if you aren't a collector and just really need those extra cosmetics, I'd not bother and would just buy the Premium.
