Yes, Battlefield 3 is no longer being supported. It is a 4 year old game, and a newer version (BF4) is out. Did you really expect them to support it for this long and still make new content? They are still very actively supporting Battlefield 4, and just came out with 3 new maps for FREE. I have not had all the issues you are talking about. Yes, there are still some small "glitches" but they are very tolerable. Also, DICE does not look on these forums, so it will not help to post this stuff here. Your best bet is to go to the Battlefield 3 forums.
