Hello joshualasaus,
Download and install the Origin client using this link http://www.origin.com/download
It's advised that your restart your computer system after the Origin client installation is complete.
Now open/run the Origin client, input your email and password and login.
Click the Friends tab/button located at top/left in Origin.
Now select Add a Friend...
Click the Connect button that proceeds the XBOXLIVE logo.
Use your existing email and password which is linked to your Gamertag when prompted to Sign in.
Your Battlelog/Origin account should now be linked.
Goto the Battlelog linked here http://battlelog.battlefield.com/ and login!
