Hi there!
Try to repair Battlefield 3 as well as Origin. Update the Battlelog page using F5 and clear all web cache.
Have this issue been ongoing for a while? Or did you recently expired this?

I've had this problem for nearly 2 weeks (just got the game).
I can load battlelog, but can't click any of the buttons. If I go to a server and click join game, it says download the update, which I can't click (nor does the dropdown work. All the buttons, such as "launch campagin" do nothing.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, IE. I'm in windows 8. I've tried running as adminstrator, reinstalled the game 2 times, repaired once. Also have done the same for Origin. I've re-installed punkbuster. I've even tried loading bf3.exe as a non-steam-game, in which case it loads up battlelog and again, does nothing.
How do you repair battlefield because I have had this problem for a while as well. If I wanted to play I would need to delete battle open bf3 pick a game and have it ask me to install the plug in I do, I hit continue and I can play, but I noticed my weapons aren't what they use to be. I have not upgrades on any of my vehicles or helicopter
