Please note that Ea account and Microsoft/Xbox account are different things.

In the battlelog you need to log in with your Ea account (linked to your gamertag) credentials and not with your gamertag.

Maybe this is a old account you've created with the same credentials of your Xbox account. 

Try to log in Battlelog with the name you use in-game.
