Being that you haven't explained much about your problem here, I don't know how to help you.
- Are you trying to log into the website (to play battlefield)?
- What is the error message that is being sent back to you?
- Are you logged into origin and have origin running in your taskbar in the bottom right of your screen (Windows)
- Is your account banned?
