or actually, I am sorry for the conclusion, but at least we now helped you to reach the correct conclusion, namely that it is a electro-mechanic failure on your laptop keybord itself, and that it is not due to the BF4 game!

If you want, we can try and search on the options available to fix your laptop key for the "W" button or alternative being to replace your full keyboard with a new instead?

In any case, you can say that we can now close this thread as "Solved" specifically with regards to EA BF4 Support...

Thanks for the Help, assistance would be appreciated on where I can fix something like this. I will in the meantime do some research as well, have a great day and thanks again for the help.

I experience this problem intermittently. Today, it's been really bad. I swapped the keyboard but that didn't fix it, so it's not a keyboard problem. Both are USB.

Do you have any other input devices connected to your PC besides your mouse and keyboard? If so, can you try disconnecting the other devices to see if that helps?
