- Anonymous7 years agoThanks for your reply ! No it doesn't fix the problem.
I contacted EA support, told them i need to talk on the phone with a technician but they did not let me. They prefer to send emails with instructions that i already tried multiple times.
i uninstalled the game and redownload it, should be completed tomorow.
Hopefuly it will work ! Hey @wakafloka972,
I apologize you're still experiencing this issue.
Let us know if the uninstall/reinstall works out for you.
Thanks 🙂
- Anonymous7 years agoStill have grainy graphics online and offline after uninstall/reinstall.
- Anonymous7 years agoWhat is wrong with this game ????
Hey @wakafloka972,
Have you tried deleting the Saved Data for Battlefield 1, doing a hard reset on your console, and relaunching the game?
You can do so by highlighting Battlefield 1 on your Home Screen:
1. Go to Manage Game
2. On the left side, scroll down to Saved Data
3. Select Delete All
However, if you choose to do this, all the Single Player progression will be gone and your Settings will be reset. This will not affect anything you've done with Multiplayer, because it is all saved Server Side.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks 🙂
- Anonymous7 years agoI tried this more than 10 times and it's not fixing the blurry graphics.

Hey, @wakafloka972 try another HDMI cable from the Xbox to the TV to see if that changes anything for you.

- Anonymous7 years agoMaybe the xbox one s is not powerful enough to run this game properly

I have had the same problem for almost a year now. When the cut scenes look awful and they always try and render the graphics during the same part of the cut scene.
So it has to be something with the game.
Is it possible to get a bad digital copy of the game?
And btw
My game used to work perfect on the s before the hdr update. I have also bought a hard copy of bf1, two different xbox one x, two different 4k tv's both samsung.
The only thing I have not tried is going to someone elses house and putting my gamer tag on there xbox one x and loading up 4k hdr.
None of my friends have a 4k tv and or hdr.
And no it doesn't work correct in 1080 p either.
The amount of problems this game has had is astronomical.
And let's not waste my time with silly trouble shooting tips. I can probably tell you more about the xbox one x then any person that works for EA.
Like I've said I've been dealing with this for over a year now. I've done hours worth of trouble shooting to try and fix it.
The game runs ok for the most part and Is playable it just loses all color and gets blurry. Then towards the end of the round it will clear up and look ok.
It's very odd to say the least! I'll also make a post of my own.
Here's my time played.. i know what the game is supposed to look like.

I've looked at the screenshot but I don't see anything wrong with it? Don't you have a PC monitor you can test?
