- Anonymous9 years agoAnywayyyyyyy.
I tried doing those fixes and the game still froze after about 20 mins of gameplay but it was an origin message saying ut had encountered a problem.
I then restarted the game but after 5 mins i once again got the same windows crash. - Anonymous9 years ago
So I did the stuff mentioned above and got 20 mins in. Thought it was fixed and I got the blue screen of death. The whole computer shut down which is what happened the first time the computer crashed originally.
go to event viewer and tell us bsod details...
also, attach to a message txt file of dxdiag again.
