Yes it just tells me that the pass has already been used.
What platform you on?
When you started playing BF1 again, you playing with the same account on the same platform again as you did back then?
Codes of course only work once. 😉
But if you are on the same account and platform again, Premium Pass should still be linked to your account and probably just have to be re-downloaded from the store or your library again. As the Premium Pass is like an add-on to the main game.

- @Its_Travis_199 I'm on PS4 and this is happening to me. Can not use premium pass maps or weapons. But when I go to my library to download PP it says it's already installed.
@Ronin9572 check on add-ons for BF1 or directly in store for all the DLC's.
Maps and weapons are linked to the DLC packs, not directly to the premium pass.
They're all seperate download packs.
If you installed the Premium Pass, this only gives you access to premium related things + the DLC's will be for free then.
But you still have to seperate install all packs, it's not happening automatically if you installed the premium pass itself.

- @Its_Travis_199 Thanks I was able to play last night and tried again. This time when I went to install Premium pass it said it was installed and actually showed up in my downloads. So strange this happened because I haven't uninstalled anything recently. I just thought it was weird the Premium pass icon in game was highlighted but I couldn't access it. I was thrilled to have my broken bottle back so I could stab ppl in the throat with it again. Love that animation!
- @Ronin9572 It is weird. I've never had the pass disappear but I've had the DLC packs themselves vanish before.
Glad you've got your broken bottle back though. Careful you don't cut yourself by accident 😆 Can you help me with my premium pass?
I’m also on PS4 and I think I deleted it by accident a while back.
I can see the Premium Pass logo on the top corner of the BF1 menu, but I can’t access my weapons. When I go to the store tab in the game’s menu, it says « No content found ».
I tried rebuilding my PS4’s database and restoring the licenses but nothing works.When I check my BF1 add-ons, it’s not showing.
I purchased the Premium Pass when it was first available, I still have all the stats for the weapons and vehicles from the packs but they’re all locked when I try to use them.
I tried going to the PS Store but it’ll prompt me to pay €39.99 and I am not paying for it, especially since it’s pretty much the price for a full game.

- @LebronJamesRulz The same thing happened to me. But I hadn't restored the data base or deleted anything. I also went to the PS store and it said already installed. So when I tried again I went into my library, went to BF1 and premium pass was there said it was installed and when I clicked on it, it went to the notifications page saying it had been installed. It was instantaneous and I never saw the download bar with data and time remaining. Something must have been done on EA's side because this happened to 2 of my friends as well. Hope this helps!
I’m trying to sort this out with PlayStation Support.
I think the difference is, the Premium Pass is not showing on my transactions history, and when I go to the PlayStation Store there’s a price next to the add-on.
I’ve tried everything and I’ll be a pain in the * to them (or EA) until I get my access back. I mean, it shouldn’t be that hard to give me a code/key for me to download the damn content again lol

- @LebronJamesRulz Well my ID is the same in game as here! That's weird it's not even showing up in your library as purchased. I know it's time consuming but have you deleted the game and reinstalled it? Maybe that might help maybe not. I'm not sure about EA but Sony should have record of your purchase. I keep all PS purchase emails saved so I can prove I've that I did just in case. Plus if you buy these things online should be a debit/credit card statement. Just trying to help, I know it's frustrating not being able to play a game you enjoy.
