I run BF3 on two WIN10 PCs without issue, has BF3 ever successfully run for you or have you always had an error. What is the verbatim wording of any error messages or error codes that you are receiving? Did you install BF3 after you installed WIN10 or did you install it on WIn7 or 8 and then upgraded to WIn10? What are your PC specs?
