Re: BF4 ban unfairly and service without any commitment to the user

Hi @Gilbr_yt Sorry to say that the ban isn't something which EA can remove or assist with as it's not been applied by them. Both Battlefield Agency and BDBF4 are player-run and unfortunately the only suggestions I can make are to try appealing again or play on servers which don't use these plugins.

    Thanks for the answer. But EA is responsible yes. This proves that anyone who evaluates is immature. Professional players who teach in tutorials how to use weapons and other things you evolve with the game. Accused by a player is acceptable. Accused by immature people who use this complaint and do not use any criteria to evaluate. I've been playing for so long. You start to do 20/10 already they accuse you. Makes 30/7 they accuse you and so do they. For you it makes 12/30 you are a normal player who doesn't use anything. As you said, these are players who may not have the discernment or the right tools to understand what we don't use. They blocked me on discord for breaking the rules, which I didn't do either. How to contact?

    I'm not quite sure you understand. this ban WAS NOT performed by EA but rather a 3rd party Plugin Service "Battlefiled Agency".

    As @ElliotLH said, you will have to find servers that do not use this plugin anti-cheat or appeal again. Nothing EA can do to help you here.
