I have all three sniper ribbons, got one of each of the requirements in multiple rounds, but the c4 kills are not registering.

Yes all Kills in one round while being a Recon class , but the sniper ribbons are held over time. Get them first and choose a Capture the flag map, say Metro, this way you would have plenty of time to achieve the requirement.

one correction: not the Metro map, sorry  any China Rising Map 

Do all the assignments : Shotgun,DMR and C4 while you are in a Recon class otherwise it won't count. But Get the ribbons first with China Rising maps

i agree,,, it seems i have the 3 ribbons as well from plaing sniper class in other maps. its one i like doing as ive had lots of kills.

i have also played other classes today using a shotgun which ive been doing most of the day anyway.

i have also equipped sniper class with c4 and shotgun as well.

each setting was for 1 round each, and still showing 0/1.

it is one of those deals where game data takes 24 hours to upload data to bf4log? if thats the case any data created today will show tomorrow in bf4log.

quite puzzled as i have done CR with any of these items in ant classes before and it isnt showing. might be wrong on sniper using C4 in the past but that been corrected today.

I did this as recon, already had the 3 ribbons. then in silk road i got 3 dmr kills 2 c4 kills and a mare's leg kill(which is a shotgun?? still did not get the achievement
