Why the hell not?? After all the money I've spent on this premium membership?? This is ridiculous. Please create this feature. I would like to start fresh.

The feature that you ask for has never before been available in a Battlefield title until Hardline. The EA Community managers and volunteers here on the EA Answer HQ are trying to help you, but in this case they are merely the messenger conveying a message about a feature that has never existed in a Battlefield title until the title after this game.

His problem is different.
They tell him to buy the game again to start at level 0 but in order to do this, you have to also start a new Origin account.
This locks you out of your old account and ALL your games are lost.
I think EA is responsible for recovering his account.
Creating a new Origin Account does not lock you out of your old one. All you have to do is sign out of the new one, and sign into the old one. Simple as that.

I know but I was going off what the other guy said. He seems to have lost an account.
- I don't see a problem with having another account to start fresh.
If there's nothing else then this issue has been solved. We should have the option to Prestige. Period.

Battlefield 4 is not the CoD game like Hardline so there is no prestige option, nor should there ever be.
