Having the same issues as well. The game stutters every few seconds, sometimes even more. It's just small stutters, but they seem to have an extreme effect on gameplay. Especially during suppressive fire! My crosshair is jumping from side to side, blinking to a new position. We're not talking weapon sway here, it's more like a freaking teleport. It's impossible to hit anything when the crosshair keeps flickering around my aim. I'm suspecting it's due to the stutter, so I really hope it's fixable. It's only happening in BF4! I'm rocking 50-90fps, depending on on-screen action, and it seems to run very smoothly except for the stutters. Changing the video settings has no effect whatsoever.
