For question 1, yes Premium membership gives access to all the multiplayer expansions.  However there's no campaign content. 

For question 2, the full string is "Battlefield Hardline Premium does not include the Battlefield Hardline game, so remember to pick up your copy of Battlefield Hardline when you pay for your Premium membership."


Some users purchase Premium without owning the base game, which leads to a poor experience as they need said base game. This line is just a reminder to help ensure that players have the base game before grabbing Premium. 

If you already have the base game and are thinking about getting Premium, you can ignore this line. 🙂

     u mean it's better to get the game then premium membership later..so if i purchased BFH premium and i want the base game i have to pay for it too

    Only the Ultimate edition includes both a base game and a Premium package of features.
