any update on this, we are having the same issue.

Doesn't work, only DICE can do something but don't get too much hope.

@sckouks-OLEG  sup. I tried adding you. Both of my servers getting hit. I have the account also. He only turns on when we are populated.. Edited..NM i just saw who you where..lol We spoke already in TS...lol  Sorry about that. You are already helping us.. :-)

Yes we are working with our Server provider who is in turn working with EA, this is not fixable by server provider as the accounts never actually fully connect so no IP information is

able to be retrieved, and the Guid's are not registered. it will have to be a fix on EA side, the culprit must have a bot generating the free accounts as well. maybe if they charged 25 cents

to get the game instead of free it would help a little bit.

@sckouks-OLEG me and @B0OGEYMAN are running into same problems again i just posted on the forum with the screencaps different seeder bots this time around

The attack on my server has been so relentless.  5200 unique players in 10 days, then when the que spam hits, it slowly bleeds and stays dead for hours or days.  If someone would like a complete list and record of bots over the past few days, PM me.

@EA_Atic so obviously you seen my post because you deleted the screen shots? any updates or anything to add got three servers being attacked and players asking what is going on. And please don't tell me to contact my server provider cause we all know they can't do anything on their end. Only thing they can do is contact EA and well.......

You can't seriously tell us that EA can't simply remove the couple hundred Gametime accounts that have been reported here.  Any excuses about "we can't" are clearly false--if you fail to remove them it is because you choose not to do it, not because it is technically impossible.  Make a phone call--make it happen.

Why anyone would purchase BFV I don't know.

@EA_Atic where can we go to get some answers? I have dozens of players coming to me asking about the servers and game and why they cant play etc. Called server host which told me to call EA which EA told me sorry go to the forums they can help you there? We are tired of being ignored we just want answers not speaking just for my self but other server owners and players

I got a refund for my server bill this past month because I can't use it due to this problem.  We need a true fix to this issue, not a bandaid.  The only people that care about BF4 anymore at the admins posting replies to this thread.  We need more control over our servers.   Please fix this quickly EA...

i think all these problems are because of the free BF4 acces you can get in origin...

i keep waiting one week before i give my final big speech for this thread...

Just as an update on the sitrep to any people working on a fix, the dos on most servers has died down, but there still are servers that are getting hit with the que bot dos.
