The Premium Edition only provides the base game and the Premium DLC season pass for the expansions, it does not include any shortcut kits. However should you purchase the ultimate shortcut kit be advised that Ultimate Unlock kit only unlocks class based progression weapons and gadgets and progression based vehicle unlocks. The Ultimate Unlock kit does not unlock any attachments for the weapons, rank based weapons, or assignment based weapons or assignment based vehicle unlocks. All of these you have to earn via getting kills with each weapon for by earning ranks and completing assignments.
As a premium member you will get a new Battlepack each month and all of the previous battle packs from launch to now. You will also earn battlepacks by ranking up in game and getting kills with the weapons.
