if you're looking for a refund request in general, there's two ways to go:

Hi there! this just happened to me but I paid $35.00 for this. Did you ever asked for a refund? like some said in the email thread, that crap maybe just unlocked one or two weapons for me, other than that a complete waste of money, I just got it yesterday but I hope I can get a refund.
