i contacted them only via live chat its not that i care that much for the dog tag and the xp boost but to get the secret reward that dice said you need to complete all 3 missions and it sucks i wont get it because i didnt recived the rewards for the first mission
I'm having the exact same issue. Completed the mission in July and have been logging onto bf1 regularly. Still no dog tag. It's frustrating I can't complete the mission series now even though I know I won three complete rounds of operations. Tried the chat help service to get it fixed but they said they couldn't and try online. fml
