That's in the hand of the Teams, if they'r good or bad. Cause the Operation could be over on the first Map if the defenders are better, and it could go over all Maps if the attackers push them more and more back!

It's over if it says "Operation Over" and you Won!

    I don't understand the "three rounds" , is that play operations three times? Or something else

    Play, complete and win three Operations. Not three rounds

    Must see last map or resist all attacks in three Operations, same or different

    As this mission was Live in June, the Dog Tag wasn't added to the Game at all!

    Now there is a second chance for them who missed the mission at all. Live from July 15 until July 23.(If you completed the Mission already in June, you don't need to do it again!)

    Tag will be awarded on July 31.

    Right @bagfast, that's what it says. 😉

    But full Game, doesn't mean that you need to be in there right from the first sec. of the match! If you join a bit later, you should be fine as well. Just important that you complete the match until the end of the full Operation. (And Win!)

    I'd say that if you completed the mission in June, do it again now just to be safe. It's not that hard to get done.

    Normally if you have complete the mission in june you are not forced to make it a second times in july.

    Update!--I had completed this portion of the challenge in June and since this morning's update, I now have the dogtag for the completion.
