Re: Campaign Progress Reset Upon Computer Crash

Hey @is_very_neat

and welcome to AHQ.

Sorry to hear your PC crashed and your progress is now reset. The campaign progress is indeed saved locally on your hard drive, usually in the "documents\Battlefield 1\settings" folder. If that file becomes corrupted, the progress might be reset. Unfortunately, there is no way to restore this.

Your achievements and multiplayer progress however are stored on the servers and should be synced when you next log back in - you might have to play a few multiplayer rounds.

If you log on to the Web Companion, does it show your codex entries and unlocks?

  • Hello, I have checked on my companion and I have nearly all of the Codex Entries, and I can presume that I still have them registered, but those and my Field Manuals show up as 0/66 etc.

But that aside, shouldn't a game I paid 60 dollars + the Season Pass have this fixed?

    Thanks for any help.

EDIT: My achievements still show I have the "Enough for a library" achievement too. This is sorta frustrating, because I think I still have to collect them all again to get the Black Bess skin and others.

  • Hey, it's been a week or so. I asked why a game I paid 120 USD for hasn't gotten this thing fixed. It's beyond frustrating, because I don't want to do all of the war stories + the codex entries + the field manuals for a SECOND time.

    Thanks.
