Thank you for coming back and letting us know you are fine. Can you tell, what exactly fixed your game? Was it opening TCP ports?

i did the same thing but didnt work

I am also not able to connect. I have been having connection issues since March. I have done all tech support resolves and no progress. I am not able to get into a game, and it keeps kicking me offline. I am able to play all other games on Xbox one just fine. My system is also up to date. The only thing I haven’t done is uninstall the whole game and reinstalled it. I don’t want to lose my data. If I do connect to ea servers it isn’t for very long. And if I am able to connect to a game I sit on he loading screen for 30 or so minutes. There has to be a real issue with BF1. Is there anything they can do to help?

Also, regarding the infinite loading screens, there's supposed to be a Summer Update tomorrow morning at 3am PST for Xbox, for one hour that should fix this issue.

This update might resolve some connection issues as well.

Hello, this is probably not the play for me to me asking this but I have the same issue but on a different console. I am on the pc. If you will be able to let me know how to fix this in this chat or shall I make a new thread about this? Hey, @UncleGrizzly2 Sorry to hear about the issues you had with Battlefield 1. have you tried to follow what @iluminatethesky recommended?

Did you unlinked and relinked Ur acc with Ur console platform before?
