thanks I will try it because I do not know what else to try right now. I keep closing and reopening Origin but it just keeps saying Verifying game files for like 20 min then it will fail.

- THIS WORKED!!! Awesome. Anyone who is having issues downloading Naval strike DLC or the patch, start in safe mode with networking and download it.
