Cannot download Naval Strike DLC or new Patch

Was gone while this all released and I fired up Origin to download everything and it says its "Verifying game files" but never does anything. It eventually says download failed. If I try and repair BF...

    THIS WORKED!!! Awesome. Anyone who is having issues downloading Naval strike DLC or the patch, start in safe mode with networking and download it.

thanks I will try it because I do not know what else to try right now. I keep closing and reopening Origin but it just keeps saying Verifying game files for like 20 min then it will fail.
