got a amd card so i can't try the first suggestion but i'll try the clean boot and play a few rounds as sometimes the error doens't happen for a day or two or happens 6 times in one day.

Did not see you had an AMD card, while I was typing (thanks for editing your post). Well you pretty much tried everything, other is to wait for a patch.
