@Its_Travis_199 I've been trying to get this fix for the past three days. Nine EA Representatives have tried to help me with no success, some of them sounded like they didn't know sh!t about the new update and the platoon option.
I have power cycle my xbox1, reinstalled the game, deleted persistent storage, cleared cloud save...
It is something related to my gamertag. I was able to create a second account and I can see the damn option on the sidebar menu, but with my primary account I'm not able.
Besides all the bad things going on with this spring update, this is the one that's been irritating me the most.

I know your feeling man, i'll let you know here if i fount anything about that issue.
Btw, i already mention that to a DICE Dev. and hopefully they'll look into that.
