Re: can't get into conquest mode

Assuming this is on PC, sometimes having DX12 enabled will cause the game to break so to say during loading and kick you back to the main menu with that message. On other thing may be your firewall blocking the game from connecting, you'll want to look into whitelisting both Origin and Battlefield 1 in your firewall / anti-virus of choice.
