Yup, yup! This is the only bug I've encountered that is frustrating me. This happens to me ALOT, probably 80% of the time.
That's if the quit button even shows up, and if it does, I get this bug.
I have to wait for the next game to start to quit, not very friendly to people waiting for players.
Forgot to mention that the only way to fix the black screen/loading screen is to force quit through task manager.
Sometimes Origin needs to be restarted as well, because the play button doesn't work after force quitting from the bug.
