Nope as you most probably realised by now, there isn't... You sent this message  "Is there any way I can get a Battlelog mod to remove them?"  on 2012-07-09, and the bug or whatever is still not fixed. So, well it will most probably never get fixed !!  ☹️ And yea, I'm experiencing the same problem.
