Its just a BUG , dont worry , just contact EA with Origin account and talk with them about that.. i had this problem on PC.. with bf3.. i talk with them , they gave me 2-3 solutions.. after , they saw that my CODE still doesnt work , they gave me a new code.. hopefully u can fix that.. good luck.. and i hope u will try this..
