I got the Solution for you! 🙌

The counter isn't incorrect.

Well, they just added 8 new Codex Entries but the total number shows as it would be 10 new added.

I can tell you there are 2 hidden Codex!

You need to unlocked the new "Peacekeeper" Easter Egg Revolver first.

And then:

> "Peacekeeper" Codex Entry - 10 Kills!

> "Wellington House" Codex Entry - 25 Headshots!

+ "An Awakening" - a secret hidden Dog Tag which you get for 100 Kills! 😉

And there you go, 311/311 Codex Entries.

    I found this post because I just thaught I had all codex entries and it showed one missing like for the threadstarter .

    Thanks @Its_Travis_199  for your answer. Now I know I'll have to get 25 Peacekeeper-Headshots to complete it.

    I hope there won't be more hidden ones wich I don't have.

    Game is already too old for new secrets being added. 😉
