Re: "Customize Soldier" Not Working

Same problem for me on PS4, however it only is in the Soldier Customization menu in the main menu of the game. In match I still have access to all my unlocked weapons and can change my loadouts. In the Companion App too, but there I miss the 3 load-out versions which I created in-game.

have 15,580 war bonds but wont let me unlock anything in soldier customize,also doesn't show any of my weapons or my current rank.but in game all is good.but I want to buy * .why is this been broken for days.fix it 

you use app to customize ?what app is that on xbox or phone ?
