Please be a bit more specific about your issue here, as its not really clear where you think that you are missing to get recognition for some of your game achievements?
E.g. then you play in the game with your soldier, then you will always get XP that helps to rank up your soldier depending on the actions/achievements that you may accomplish during the game play round.
And if your solider class type is e.g. Engineer, then you will also gain some leveling up for your Engineer class, if you in the game execute and succeed with some specific activities that that soldier class as Engineer are unique to do. Aka vehicle repairs or getting kils/damage enemy vehicles with aka the RPG weapon type. So here after the match, your engineering profile will rank up in that area, which then over time will help t unlock all the gadgets for the engineer soldier type.
Same as wll then for the 3 other soldier classes, where each class has its own dedicated activities/achievements that enable that soldier class to rank up if you make XP scorings using any of their dedicated abilities in the gameplay.
Hope that this is of some help to understand the ranking up mechanics and unblocking of weapons/gadgets for your soldier...
