Hi @Lv2Jolteon Can we try the following?

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
• Try these steps to make sure there aren't any other programs limiting performance
• Check other programs that might be stopping EA App - Help Article
