Re: download time for game bought
- How long it takes depends on the speed of your internet and how fast EA can send it. So unless you tell us the speed of your Internet we can't tell you if it's normal.
- Your e-mail's security has nothing to do with buying game on Origin (unless your e-mail and Origin password is the same which it should NEVER be) - your e-mail might have been compromised for some time and the "hackers" have had no need to gain control of your e-mail until they wanted something, in this case your Origin account. If EA had that large a security issue this forum would be flooded with it which it is not.

https://help.ea.com/article/how-to-maintain-account-security - Also make new unique passwords for everything after you have made sure your computer is clean of virus+malware etc.
