hey there @LordHothAOL im having the same type of issue. I've called into ea multiple times and they continue to ask me security questions for my account. Then continue to ask when the purchase month and date for these games. I have no idea what that purchase date is, pretty sure BF5 was bought s a birthday present when I was 16. So I don't have enough info for them to think I REALLY did indeed purchased the game. They continued to ask if there was anything else they could help me with, after they didn't help with anything, while I proceeded to tell them I've been playing these games for years, why do I lose ALL access all the sudden. Great games but ill never be able to play them again. also they don't have supervisors or boss, or anyone else to talk to if you can't understand the person you get.
I’m having the exact same issue, my PS4 is linked to my ea account but I don’t know what email it is linked to which is weird. I tried to get help from the ea help chat box but they did the same thing and asked me all these questions that I can’t remember and have no way of finding out the answers as I’ve had the account for years. I’ve just bought the new fifa 21 ultimate edition and find out I can only play offline. Really disappointed in ea’s attempt at solving the situation and really annoyed I can’t play any of the games I have linked with ea! @LordHothAOL @iluminatethesky
