Re: Ea play won't let me join multiplayer

@samatron59 @SankoolYT @FreezyCheeks Apologies for the delay in communication, In order to have this resolved we will need everyone to reach out to an EA Advisor in order to get further assistance with a Serial Key.

If you have already done this, and continue to have issues please let me know. If you have not please reach out then test if the Game is functioning as intended.

Regards,

I tried to contact an EA advisor twice. Yesterday the first one tried to manually add the game and DLC's I bought on Steam to my Origin account. Which should be the solution if I read the comments. This didn't work. Probably due to some technical issue.

Tried contacting again today and chatted with a different EA advisor. He said he can't help me and I should contact Steam. Just contacted Steam and they say to contact EA.

So yeah, I'm pretty lost right now...

@EA_Illium Seems the EA advisors are not instructed on how to handle this issue. I have had no luck getting a serial key or having them manually add the game to my Origin library.

After 3 failed attempts with EA advisors from this site, I tried @EAhelp on Twitter and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes by manually adding the game to my EA account.

  • im being told i need to link my steam and origin acc, but it apprears to be no where to do so.
