I tried to contact an EA advisor twice. Yesterday the first one tried to manually add the game and DLC's I bought on Steam to my Origin account. Which should be the solution if I read the comments. This didn't work. Probably due to some technical issue.
Tried contacting again today and chatted with a different EA advisor. He said he can't help me and I should contact Steam. Just contacted Steam and they say to contact EA.
So yeah, I'm pretty lost right now...

i was just told i wouldnt be able to get the help i needed to get muiltiplayer and now im going to try and talk to someone higher up and get this fixed
After 3 failed attempts with EA advisors from this site, I tried @EAhelp on Twitter and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes by manually adding the game to my EA account.
im being told i need to link my steam and origin acc, but it apprears to be no where to do so.
