I am afraid @Alansaal, that the conclusion must be that the code you believe is correct is not correct.
I suggest you to go to the temple and get all the lights switched on again.
Then make sure to record the video of your Morse code light for minimum 4-5 minutes duration.
And then post that back to us please.
We can then help you to decipher this, so you have the right code to enter to get your LA Camo reward.
Important: Stand close to the lamp for the entire duration of the video recording.
Look straight up at the lamp rather close up.
And don't move!
