You can go to portforward.com and look at all the ports you need to forward for BF4 if you want. 3659 was the gamebreaker though. Forward that or don't play multi-player at all. I heard from EA support that forwarding all the ports would make your connection slightly better, so if you like, forward all the other ports for BF4.
