Community Admin@midge17 Hi, generally a missing battlepack, or one that failed to open will usually have the contents delivered to your item inventory.
Be sure to double check your inventory for items that may have been removed.

I have had this happening to me also. Got a battlepack, opened it and got a Orange skin for Russain sniper rifle. But it bugged out in the opening scene.
Instead of having the scene as it opens the screen went black, no sound either. Then the skin showed up, still with a black background. I took add to inventory and got back in the menu. Started a match to check it out but it´s nowhere to be found. This was about 2 weeks ago and it still hasn´t appeared. The battlepack disapered as well when I had opened it.
Community Admin@Slander83 What weapon was this for? Did you get the Camouflage Shroud for the SMLE?
If you check your item inventory does the skin show up?
The skin was for Russian 1895, skin name "The medicine" and it does not show up in inventory.
Both the skin and the battlepack dissapeared.
