try to power cycle for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds  or power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug  your console  back in   . try to clear  alternate  mac address  in console network settings  . you also can try to reset your internet for 30 seconds . do you have this game on disc or  digital  download .  if have the disc version of this game you can  uninstall this game offline and  you don t  have to update  it  but you  cant  do online play  you only can do single campaign missions only .
