I agree with gjjfan nobody changed any settings on their routers, the problem only started after the changes on the servers, my ps3 with this port open and fixed ip'm network administrator and I know very well that there is nothing abnormal.
EA and DICE should do the same as SONY did when hackers broke into the PSN were reported and reimbursed.
I hope this time a definitive answer because I'm not the only one with this problem

Try to open up some ports.
Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Port Forwarding
First you need to add Battlefield 3/origin to your firewall and security program’s exception lists. Now use these Ports:
