This thread is a bit outdated. Do you still experiencing this problem?
Please note that Battlefield 4 and Battlelog is currently down for maintenance.

 Battlefield 4 will receive a new game update on PC, Sep 30. Multiplayer will be unavailable starting 10 AM CEST / 1AM PDT, for approximately an hour in preparations for this.
