Re: Game still Crash after Patch 18 Feb

I don't know what is going on here, but this is really beginning to make me wonder.... Where do I get my money back? Almost a week, and the problem is still not resolved. I am feeling like that,"they" got their money, and continue to release new content, give exp boosts while there is a known issue, and continue to know avail, give a reason, or a fix to this problem. Further more, this is the most piss poor customer service, I have ever received from any company, there is NONE!!!!! Try to contact someone about this issue, is like trying to contact the Pope.

If this issue is not resolved by tomorrow morning, I will be finding ways to get my money back, if it comes down to legal actions. I understand there is a clause, game play online my vary, but non existing is not in that clause.

Sorry if it sounds like I am being ugly, I am really not. I just want this issue fixed and resolved, and someone to email me, or even call me, to let me know what is going on here. It has almost been a 7 day week of this issue, and my patience is getting very very thin...

The patch isn't out yet.

You got the DLC, but it didn't include the patch because that is going to be for everyone. You'll need to wait for the actual patch.

They are aware of the issue and are fixing it, as they have already told.

I feel you bro. I'm having same **bleep** as you do and wondering how can I get my money back, becouse I'm pretty sure this situation could be called a fraud, if I'm not able to get the content I payed for. I was able to contact CS few days ago and they did tell me crap what everybody already tried. They suggested me to delete temp files and repair the instaliation, as it's gonna work... At least I got titanfall beta from them

They wrote this on battlelog screen tho "WE ARE WORKING ON A FIX FOR AN ISSUE ON PC THAT CAUSES THE GAME TO FREEZE, RESULTING IN A SOUND LOOP. WE WILL SHARE MORE INFORMATION ONCE AVAILABLE." but my respect for them is far gone.

Well, because of the 5 day bug that prevent you accessing part of the game, no, it couldn't be called a fraud.
