Hi,
try the following: in "your documents"\BFBC2 backup and delete "settings.ini".
Then start the game, it should create a new one.
Also make sure your punkbuster installation is up to date.
How to update with PBSETUP 
# First you need to download PBsetup through the following link: Punksetup Download
# After downloading, go to the location where you download is saved.
# Rigt click the file and choose "extract all"
#Select the folder to extract to and click Extract
# after extracting, the folder will be opened and you will see pbsetup.exe
# Double click on pbsetup .exe and click "I agree" when the License Agreement pops up
# In the next windows click on "Add a game" to add games that need updating
# In the next windows, select the game to add and click on "add game"
In case of Medal of Honor Warfighter, you need to manually insert the game path by using the browse button!
Standard it would be: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Medal of Honor Warfighter If this is not correct, Punkbuster
will give an error when you click "Add game"
# After hitting the "Add game" button, the game will be added and updated.
# If the game does not update right away do not worry. In the main window you can also click "Update Punkbuster"
and it will update all the games that have been added to the list.
# Once PB has finished checking/updating it will give you a message that updating has finished or no new updates were needed.
Click on Ok. You can close pbsetup now.
