You can, however to do this you'll need to speak with a game advisor at EA customer support like you've already done (I recommend via telephone if you live in a country that allows that option). Tell them you need to unlink your gamertag from "insert deleted Origin Account name" and link it to a new Origin account. Unfortunately we cannot directly handle account actions like you require here on the EA Answers HQ.
