So, what PunkBuster message do you get in battlelog http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/ ? Have you tried to run a clean boot on your PC  https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ ?

Now listen, After running clean boot i am able to join a server but for two or three seconds , And then a kick but these two or three secons were not possible before clean boot!

it just kickes me without any massage like 
"You have been kicked by Punkbaster" 

Did you try to reinstall PunkBuster as was mentioned above? or try to reinstall PB using this manual https://youtu.be/9jtAlvjk9Mc 

Yes , i tried all above solutions also the one with the fire wall 
here is what i think the problem is

I think these two stupids (A and B) are not speaking with each other. I remember when i first installed the PB (Very first) everything was green.
